The Company’s main business is mining and processing of iron ore products of various qualities, such as lump ore and size ore, and is a manufacturer of calibrated lump ore (CLO) and iron ore fines.
The Company has run-of-mines contracts for two iron ore mines situated at Nuagaon and Maharajpur in state of Orissa, two bauxite mines situated at Yelwan Jugai and Mahalmiriya in the state of Maharashtra, and one Soapstone mine situated at Dhelana in the State of Rajasthan. The Company’s subsidiaries include Warana Minerals Private Limited and Shri Warana Minerals (India) Private Limited.

Any how or immediately sell this stock as in this stock some one is doing two way trading in bulk. In nse it has 10% circuit and in bse it has 5% circuit. So yesterday this stock was available @.50paisa and in bse it was trading @.54 paisa. Hence big game through NSE and BSE price discrimination. Secondaly promoters of the company has already sold their stake and comes in insider trading also. It is sure that this stock will come @.05 paisa and one day it will close.. What we are getting today exit. I know very well who is doing this but he my relative and i do not want anyone will lose their money in such punter share so through away this stock. Company has huge debt and interest burden and no profit making business mudule and no will takeover this company.
